This website is the donation page of the Kyle Rescuer campaign. It is run by:

We are a charity recognized by the IRS under section 501(c)(3). In these policies, “we” and “us” mean SOS Animal Help, Inc.

Kyle Rescuer is an independent animal rescuer in Brazil. Kyle does not hold the money. Our work in Brazil is carried out with our partner organization there, the Brazilian association SOS Animal Help, which helps us deliver the programs but does not receive your donation.

1. Donations are gifts

The money goes to work quickly on food, medicine and veterinary care, so donations are normally non-refundable. Mistakes happen, though, and we will always put them right.

2. When we refund

Write to us within 30 days and we will refund your donation if you were charged twice for the same donation, if you donated the wrong amount by mistake, if a monthly donation was charged after you asked us to cancel, or if the payment was not authorized by you. If you think your card or PayPal account was used without permission, please also contact your bank straight away. Outside these situations we still look at every request individually and in good faith.

3. How to ask

Email support@sosanimalhelp.org with the name and email used for the payment, the date and amount, the transaction ID or the last four digits of the card if you have them, and a line about what happened. We reply within 2 business days and decide within 5. Refunds go back to the original payment method, in US dollars, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. If your bank converted the charge, the amount you get back in your own currency may differ slightly because rates move.

4. Cancelling a monthly donation

At any time, free, no questions asked, whichever way is easiest for you:

• write to support@sosanimalhelp.org and we cancel it for you. One message is enough, and we will not ask you to call or explain;
• or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (805) 975-8416;
• or cancel it yourself in PayPal, under Settings, Payments, Automatic payments.

We confirm every cancellation by email within 2 business days. Cancelling stops all future charges. Charges already made are not refunded, except in the situations in section 2. If a charge goes out after you asked us to cancel, we refund it in full.

5. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback costs the campaign a fee on top of the donation, and we can almost always fix the problem faster ourselves. Of course, nothing here limits your rights with your bank.

6. If a campaign cannot go ahead

We do not refund donations already made. The money goes to the other needs of the same animals, as described in the Donation Policy.
