This website is the donation page of the Kyle Rescuer campaign. It is run by:

We are a charity recognized by the IRS under section 501(c)(3). In these policies, “we” and “us” mean SOS Animal Help, Inc.

Kyle Rescuer is an independent animal rescuer in Brazil. Kyle does not hold the money. Our work in Brazil is carried out with our partner organization there, the Brazilian association SOS Animal Help, which helps us deliver the programs but does not receive your donation.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or donating through it, you agree to these terms and to our Donation, Refund, Privacy and Cookie policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can donate

You must be 18 or older and allowed to use the payment method you choose.

3. Your donation

Donations are gifts. You get nothing in return. The details you give us must be true, and the money must be lawfully yours. Everything is charged in US dollars. A monthly donation repeats until you cancel.

4. Payments

PayPal and Stripe process payments under their own terms. We never see or store your full card number or security code. We are not responsible for fees your bank charges you, such as currency conversion.

5. Our content

The texts, photos, videos and the Kyle Rescuer and SOS Animal Help names and logos belong to us or are used with permission. Please share the page to support the campaign. Please do not use our material to raise money for anyone else, or in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

6. What you may not do

Do not use this site to break the law, to test stolen cards, to break into our systems, to flood the site with automated requests, or to impersonate the campaign. We will block and report that activity.

7. Other websites

We link to partner shelters and social media for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

8. Accuracy

We keep the figures and updates as current as we can, but the work changes daily and the page may lag behind. Photos show our work in general, not necessarily the animal your donation will help.

9. No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

10. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the site, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you donated in the past twelve months, or US$100, whichever is greater. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

11. If something goes wrong between us

Please write to support@sosanimalhelp.org first and give us 30 days. Almost everything is solved that way. If it is not, you and we agree to settle the dispute through individual arbitration rather than in court, and not as part of a class action. You can opt out of this by emailing us within 30 days of your first donation, with no effect on your donation. Either of us can still go to small claims court.

12. Which law applies

California law, and the courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from when it is published here, with the date at the top, and it does not change a donation already made.

14. Sanctions

We may decline or return a donation where US sanctions or anti-money-laundering rules require it.
